Loading Dock Deliveries

In order to provide our tenants with the highest level of safety and to ensure that all are able to accept deliveries in an efficient manner, it is required that the following guidelines are followed for using the loading dock.

  1. The time limit for trucks in the loading dock is 30 minutes
     
  2. Deliveries must be made utilizing carts or two wheelers that are equipped with inflatable rubber tires
     
  3. Any delivery that is expected to take longer than 30 minutes, and/or require temporary staging will need to be scheduled through the Property Management Office at least 24 hours prior with written notice
     
  4. All vehicles entering the loading dock are subject to search by the Security personnel

Large deliveries of furniture or materials after occupancy will be permitted only after 5:00 P.M.  Monday through Friday, and anytime on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.  These deliveries must be scheduled in advance.  Normal deliveries received during the course of business will be permitted during working hours.
