After-Hours Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system in Market Square North has been designed with floor-by-floor operating zones so that systems on individual floors may be operated at any time, including off-hours. Please submit a Tenant Work Order to the Property Management office 48 hours in advance to arrange for extra HVAC service.

Appropriate charges will apply.  Please contact the Property Management office for a schedule of rates.

Please note that these rates will also apply to holidays listed in Section 2.4 of this handbook unless otherwise specified in the tenant’s lease.
