Parking Garage

The Market Square North Garage accommodates approximately 325 vehicles.  The parking spaces will be allocated in accordance with your Lease Agreement. The garage is a self-park facility that is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays to monthly cardholders only and Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays) during the normal hours of operation of the Building on such days.

The Market Square North Garage is managed by Parking Management, Inc.  The Garage office can be reached at (202) 785-9191.

No Parking Areas

For security and safety reasons, certain areas of the garage have been designated as “No Parking” areas.  All unauthorized vehicles parked in these areas are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.  All “standing vehicles” (parked vehicles with attending operators) in these areas will be requested by Security and/or parking attendants to move along.
